Why You Need Nofollow Links
Why You Need Nofollow Links
There’s no doubt about it, adding content to a site and getting a crummy nofollow backlink is a sub par trade in my humble opinion, but to look like a natural link builder, you actually need a few of these links, so you might as well fall in line if you want to make big inroads into the traffic building highway.
To find out what is link dilution
The thing about nofollow links is the search engines expect that every site will have some pointing to them, because many voting sites are nofollow. For this reason, if you have all of your inbound links coming soley from only dofollow sources, it’s going to look slightly suspicious and search engines are robots that don’t give you the benefit of the doubt.
To look completely natural you need those nofollow links to sneak through. I prefer social bookmarking sites where you don’t have to add an article to earn a nofollow link, just a bookmarked link.
Another reason that nofollow links are not completely without value, is that you may get some traffic from them even if it is small and less likely to convert.

You don’t have to spend too much time focussing on nofollow links, in fact I’d suggest you avoid almost all of the sites that ae nofollow, but stick with the high pr bookmarking ones.
Nofollow links will be around for a while so we just need to deal with that.
